2nd Month of #100Happydays

Time is running out, so fast that it is becoming extremely difficult to hold on. Have successfully completed my 2nd month of 100 Happy days challenge and it is pure bliss. The changes I see in myself, am able to let go better, search for happiness even in the smallest of things. I am more determined and love me a tad bit more and love those who love me ...a whole lot more :)

So here is the journey so far....

Right so meet Sonaksh and Neilaksh..two greatest love of my life...Having raised both of them for 6 months each, taking care of them when their mom left them with us (which I openly thank her for..coz not many mothers can do this u know) am almost a pseudo mom to them and they shall always be my first babies...my heart my love!!!..everyday is bliss when I talk to them, when I hear or read about their progress and when they love me back :)) miss them kiddos...*teary eyed*

hmm so I really needed a break after 6 months of slogging my ass and missing my family badly...the much awaited vacation came and it was such a bliss!

Reunions...had not met Tannu (my sis) for 8 months and it was a fab moment...reunion with the ones you love are always great..of epic proportions! and ofcourse meeting my Bro in law is always fun...such a funny guy!

ok so I either wanted to do waterfall or the beach...and BEACH won coz am totally a sea creature...wat a mesmerizing view...bliss * lost again*.

SHOPPING and that too totally funded by my sister and BIL...like totally awesome!

Eh..wanted a change...got it and loved it :)

Right am a foodie...and this has to be one of the best breakfast  buffets ever...Mount Lavania in SL..omg awesome view and the food yummm...muahhhhhhh and the company..amazing! Am all happy just thinking about it!

This has to be the second best moment of this second month...meeting mom after 6 months...funny how you miss your mom sooo much that it's impossible to word it. I was like a monkey on her...her youngest monkey :D

 

OMG OMG OMG...that's the feeling...so the celebrations actually began 3 weeks prior to my bday,..ya dats how cool my family is ;). Gifts started coming in every week and I was totally taken. On the D Day.. it began with calls and txts and msgs...from all social platforms - Twitter, FB, LinkedIn  (crazy that was)...I woke up and saw that mom had laid down gifts all the way in a trail haha cards from my babies, cards from my sisters, bro in law, jewellery, perfumes, awesome tea cup (total tea-holic), followed by yummy cake filled with candles and awesome surprise (and I cried). My friends went out of their way to dedicate DP's and special status msgs..long heart to heart chats (bliss) * tears again*. My uncle had his home filled with balloons on my bday *tears again* Fabulous lunch my fav lebanese cuisine and then some friends came over...more gifts...den evening dinner at Raddison blue..Italian ..another favorite. Strangers on their way to becoming friends, wishing the best for me..truly took my heart...this was indeed a milestone bday :)

Friends Rock...that's it ..through thick and thin they rock!

IKEA...heaven..such amazing concept..had to plan my appt...and was bliss planning the shit out of it haha

YESSSS.....I WON * Victory Dance*..coz as Aerosmith said it...PINK IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

June is a busy busy month...so off to fun and celebrations it was!

I love quirky things...and trust me it makes a whole lotta difference if you have some creative motivation to help you do your work...which I should be doing right now instead of writing this blog ..*evil grin*

A bday to remember when you get gifts post your bday haha..am loved *happy feeling*

I love big cars and I cannot lie :p...was super awesome to take this beast around...laughter and fun times continued as usual but some day baby am gonna ride you over the desert..*wish*

Tasneem...thats a Patisserie  in Doha...man o man the best red Velvet ever...ORGASMIC..followed by Gondola ride ..but Vegas was far better..the guy was cuter and he had the voice of an angel when he sang to me...next trip VENICE *planning begins*

I love cooking..esp for people I love. I am an awesome cook..as per others * too humble I know*..but ya I have my tricks :p...So made chicken fried rice for the bhooka clan

What a night..awesome company..was totally international..turk's, srilankan's, british, scot's, Indians...and the fun continued over arabic food...haha totally rocking

Bonding time: Talks, family discussions, gossips, planning, strategy, fights, laughs and pics...that's us

There is something about your place, it's just ur's...no matter how much you wanna get away from it...you just feel at peace when you are back..* though the feeling lasts only 5 min's, when you see a bunch of dumb asses who totally ruin your day! hmmphh

Office reunion: FOOD, FUN, and FANTASTIC COMPANY. Meenu one of my colleagues, she is totally Annapurna maa,...only difference is she force feeds but I love her to the core. A fellow gemini but totally mothers us and the heart of a saint *Love her*

Not to brag but I was looking pretty decent...so many compliments...the entire day was mad.. * blushes*

In the middle of our laughter fits...not a rare sight mind you..v r  just crazy

Egg curry : awesome and neilu baby went from "roini" to "Rohini".. though we need to work on masi which he refuses to speak * naughty*

Bad day of epic proportions...one wish unfulfilled...faith on god shaken..but family and friends made it better. With swollen eyes and devoid of eyesight *literally* a day when I knew how much I mean to these people...just amazing ...still hurt a lil but ill survive!

meeting a friend and reunion, and OMG Siddharth Malhotra..am gonna &*(^%%$$^&*###$^& *censored*

Shopping has it's perks but giving is amazing. To see the happiness when others love the stuff you get for them and how you make it a surprise...that's just me I guess..I love giving!

Hmm so this happened today and look how motivated I am to write this blog...creativity does that to me I guess..but how cute is my desk * giggles*

Wow second month also passed and you know what... I love it...I've grown stronger and the feeling of "want" is disappearing...slowly but it is going away..am happy in my skin though I need to now work on certain areas of my life ..that's the upcoming agenda...
